As President and CEO of Anadria Consulting, Adrian Wilson provides the vision and strategy to develop Anadria into an industry leader in management and business consulting services. With the goal of offering innovative solutions, efficient practices, and outcome-focused support, Anadria hires, trains, and retains high-quality staff; incorporates and implements industry best practices; understands its customers, organizations, and industries; and creates new ideas and approaches to solve the most challenging problems.

Before founding Anadria Consulting in 2012, Mr. Wilson served as Program Manager for various initiatives at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). These efforts included developing, executing, and managing large-scale organizational budgets for the Transportation Threat Assessment and Credentialing (TTAC) programs and the Communication, Information and Network Programs (CINP) organization. Mr. Wilson worked in both the public and private sectors, providing expert quantitative and qualitative analysis support to such organizations as the World Bank, AOL, and the AutoCare Association.

Mr. Wilson also volunteers his time with several charitable organizations. Notably, he has served on the Board of Directors for Hillcrest Children and Family Center, a private, Washington DC-based, nonprofit founded in 1815 that provides behavioral health treatment, prevention care, social services, and community and family support services. Mr. Wilson also currently serves on the Board of Advisors for Conduit Computing, a Cambridge, Massachusetts-based IT firm specializing in quantum computing, cloud computing, and Internet as a Service (IaaS). In addition, he actively serves as a mentor for several students at Morehouse College and Spelman College.

Mr. Wilson holds bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Economics from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, as well as a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland. Mr. Wilson is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

SBA 8(a) Certified

Anadria Consulting is a certified participant in the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Business Development program. Our certification is valid until August 2024 and provides Anadria with the ability to obtain sole-source set-aside contracts up to $4 million as well as competitive set-aside contracts. This streamlined procurement method helps agencies meet their socioeconomic procurement credit requirements while obtaining high quality, innovative services from small and emerging businesses.

8(a) Sole-Source Procurement (for contract awards up to $4 million)

Features and benefits of 8(a) Competitive Procurements include the following:

  • Streamlined acquisition procedures—agencies use this method if at least two qualified small business are likely to submit offers
  • Competitive pricing—agencies receive multiple offers from qualified small business and can choose the best price for services offered
  • Access to small business credits—agencies receive small business credits for the 8(a) contract they award

DC Certified Business Enterprise (CBE)

A Certified Business Enterprise (CBE) is a business that is headquartered in the District of Columbia and has been certified by the Department of Small and Local Business Development (DSLBD).

Businesses with CBE certification receive preferred procurement and contracting opportunities. The District directs spending to these DC-based businesses that support and contribute to job creation and the city tax base, resulting in a much more robust local economy. Each agency, including an agency that contracts or procures through the Office of Contracting and Procurement (OCP), must exercise its contracting and procurement authority.
