Our Leadership

As President and CEO of Anadria Consulting, Adrian Wilson provides the vision and strategy to develop Anadria into an industry leader in management and business consulting services. With the goal of offering innovative solutions, efficient practices, and outcome-focused support, Anadria hires, trains, and retains high-quality staff; incorporates and implements industry best practices; understands its customers, organizations, and industries; and creates new ideas and approaches to solve the most challenging problems.

Before founding Anadria Consulting in 2012, Mr. Wilson served as Program Manager for various initiatives at the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) and the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). These efforts included developing, executing, and managing large-scale organizational budgets for the Transportation Threat Assessment and Credentialing (TTAC) programs and the Communication, Information and Network Programs (CINP) organization. Mr. Wilson worked in both the public and private sectors, providing expert quantitative and qualitative analysis support to such organizations as the World Bank, AOL, and the AutoCare Association.

Mr. Wilson also volunteers his time with several charitable organizations. Notably, he has served on the Board of Directors for Hillcrest Children and Family Center, a private, Washington DC-based, nonprofit founded in 1815 that provides behavioral health treatment, prevention care, social services, and community and family support services. Mr. Wilson also currently serves on the Board of Advisors for Conduit Computing, a Cambridge, Massachusetts-based IT firm specializing in quantum computing, cloud computing, and Internet as a Service (IaaS). In addition, he actively serves as a mentor for several students at Morehouse College and Spelman College.

Mr. Wilson holds bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Economics from Morehouse College in Atlanta, Georgia, as well as a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Maryland in College Park, Maryland. Mr. Wilson is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
